Everything fades away

[Feed comes on to a very disheveled looking Asian girl in dirty, bloody too-big overalls and a button down shirt with short black hair. Its near impossible to see any of her facial features, though,  because her head is hung down, shoulders hunched up and arms around a very odd looking object. If one examined close enough they'd notice fingers near her face, facing upwards. But they can't belong to her - they're at an entirely wrong angle for that.

The area behind appears to be Haku's DATS garage, and sure enough a few seconds later Haku is in the shot. She looks worried, and quite possibly a little ill.]

Uhm... I... I found this girl wandering the park... I can barely get her to speak, but... I got a name... "Rei".

I think--...

[she pauses, taking a breath]

She... mentioned Miria... a-and... that's her arm...

Can... anyone tell me what happened? Please... I'm so worried, for both of them... I don't know where to take her... or if there's even anyone she can go to...
